TherapyLog runs in your browser, and installs like an app. Add it to your home screen from Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android and it behaves like any other app, offline included. There is no App Store or Play Store listing — that's deliberate: staying off the stores is what lets the app carry the full compound and dosing detail without it being cut to satisfy a review policy.
What's BYOK? If you already have an Anthropic API key, you can power the AI with your own key for unlimited use — you pay Anthropic directly for what you use (typically pennies per question). If you'd rather not deal with keys, the managed plan includes everything with no setup.
