How does the "1 month free" work for my audience?
When someone clicks your affiliate link and chooses the annual plan, they automatically get their first month free — paying $91.66 instead of $99.99 in year one. This discount is exclusive to affiliate links. People who find TherapyLog directly don't get it, which gives your audience a genuine reason to use your link.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe. You'll receive a summary of active referrals and the commission owed. We handle the calculation — you just confirm and receive. Minimum payout threshold is $20.
What if a subscriber cancels?
You earn commissions on active subscriptions only. If a subscriber cancels, their commission stops. If they resubscribe later using your link, commissions resume. There's no clawback on commissions already paid.
Is the founding 30% rate really locked forever?
Yes. The first 20 affiliates who join are locked in at 30% for as long as TherapyLog exists and they remain active affiliates. It's our way of rewarding the people who bet on us early. After the founding spots are filled, the standard rate is 25% — still recurring forever, just lower.
Does the affiliate program work with App Store subscriptions?
No — the affiliate program is web-only (Stripe checkout). App Store and Google Play purchases don't go through our affiliate tracking. Your link directs people to therapylog.app/pro where they subscribe directly. This also means no Apple or Google cut, which is how we can sustain a 30% affiliate commission.
How many founding spots are left?
We're in the early launch phase — the founding spots are available now. Apply soon if you want the 30% rate locked in. Once all 20 spots are filled, new affiliates join at 25%.
