⚠ Important
TherapyLog stores all data locally on your device. Clearing Safari data will erase it. Export regularly to prevent data loss.
What is in the file: the backup is plain, unencrypted JSON — every compound and dose, your lab values, symptoms and notes, readable by anything that opens it. Wherever you put it can read it, and so can anyone with access to that account. Pick the destination accordingly, or use Download the file instead and keep it somewhere you control.
Import / Restore
Restore from a previous export. This will merge with existing data — it will not overwrite entries that already exist.

Import merges new entries with existing data. Your current data is preserved.
Reset
Permanently delete all data. Cannot be undone — export first.
Clinic / Practitioner Mode
When enabled, the app switches to a clean clinical dashboard view — ideal for appointments, sharing with your physician, or practitioner use.

iPhone Calendar Reminders
Export your dose schedule as a calendar file (.ics). Import it into your iPhone Calendar app to get native push notifications for every dose — even when TherapyLog is closed.
How it works:
1. Set your reminder times in the Cycle → Reminders tab 2. Tap Export Calendar below 3. Open the .ics file → tap Add All to add to iPhone Calendar 4. iOS will notify you at each scheduled time even when app is closed
